Password Policy
All Customers must accept the "Terms and Conditions" upon their first login when account is placed, when password is reset, or when account is unlocked.
All Users have to reset their password upon first login when an account is unlocked.
The End User account becomes locked after three (3) failed login attempts.
If the Consumer account becomes locked, the final User must contact this website Administrator or Support.
Password Reset Policy
Passwords needs to be between 6 - 12 characters long and could be configured to require numbers, letters, and one or more special character (!@#$%^&*()).
Passwords can not be exactly like any among the last 1-12 passwords used, if configured.
Additional security authentication questions (mother's maiden name, favorite pet, birth date) are proved to every Consumer. This is definitely managed by every person Consumer which is used at the discretion for the End User.
Any Consumer can reset its password through the management console in the End Interface.
An Administrator can reset any End User's password within its Facility(s).
