Seeing our favorite stars all made up and with their hair done is something we get used to. Initially, it catches us by surprise when we see them without makeup. Once the hair and makeup are removed stars' appearances change tremendously. When they are in their makeup you get the full effect of glamour from them. With no makeup most of them look just like us.

Looking through magazines and seeing the models all made up can sometimes make us feel self conscience about the way we look. There isn't anything wrong with us but we forget that for a moment when looking at those pictures. That is until we see celebrities without makeup.
We don't feel the need to be quite so perfect once we see their flaws. They have zits like all the rest of us. They even have laugh lines and wrinkles. Don't you already have better self-esteem? For sure you do! You now realize that this is just a distortion of reality.
You and the model on the front of the fashion magazine look more alike than you think. Going to a professional makeup artist does not mean you can recreate the results yourself. Allowing yourself this luxury will cause you to look absolutely incredible all hours of the day and night.
