Password Policy

All End Users must accept the "Stipulations" upon their first login when account is set up, when password is reset, or when account is unlocked.

All End Users are needed to reset their password upon first login then when a merchant account is unlocked.

The Conclusion User account gets locked after three (3) failed login attempts.

If your Consumer account becomes locked, the final User must contact the Site Administrator or Support.

Password Reset Policy

Passwords must be between 6 - 12 characters long and can be configured to require numbers, letters, and more then one special character (!@#$%^&*()).

Passwords cannot be identical to any one of several last 1-12 passwords used, if configured.

Additional security authentication questions (mother's maiden name, favorite pet, birth date) are proved to each End User. That is managed by every person End User and it is used in the discretion for the End User.

Any End User can reset their own password within the management console ultimately Ui.

An Administrator can reset any End User's password within its Facility(s).
